Great place for a crowd

Very nice place and a fabulous view. Lots of beds and kitchen / family room is nice to host several people. Clean, comfortable. About an hour from Auburn for gameday but price is right for the location. Enjoyed our stay

House of memories

Good experience

The only inconvenience we experienced was having to drive 20 minutes to a marina to launch our boat and park our boat trailer. The house was very nice but does have a lot of stairs.

Wonderful time, GORGEOUS home!!

We brought our children and two family friends with us on this trip; an amazing time was had by all. The home is beautiful, clean, and spacious, with everything we needed. The lake is stunning, allowing for relaxing morning coffee and afternoon/evening cocktails on the porch and dock. We rented a boat, docked it right there at the house, went tubing, swimming, fishing and exploring every morning, afternoon and evening. Highly recommend the home, exceptional hosts and Alexander City. Our family will definitely be back:)). Thank you Julie, for sharing your home and for being such a great host!!

Unbeatable View & Hosts at Lake Martin

A group of six of us rented this property for an extended weekend at the lake. During our stay, we enjoyed a nearly 180 degree view of the Lake. The dock was the perfect place to relax, dock our boat rental, and swim / kayak. The downstairs area has an awesome kitchen / living room area with an outdoors screened porch with TV for watching the games. The area upstairs is perfect for large families, or multiple families or friends to share without being on top of each other. Julie was highly responsive and a wonderful host. My family will keep this place in mind for future Lake Martin and Auburn visits.

SPECTACULAR VIEW & WARM HOSPITALITY!

Paradise Point makes you feel like you are sitting right on top of the gorgeous water of Lake Martin! What a beautiful home and surroundings! Though the home is VERY spacious, our family of 3 still felt super comfortable in the areas of the property that we used. My favorite...the screened in porch! It has such an open and inviting feel throughout the living spaces, and the home was equipiped with everything we needed to relax and simply be being still. Julie, the owner, is WONDERFUL in her thorough and timely communication. I felt like I made a friend through our messages, and it was a "hospitality at its best" experience, as we used so much of the information and suggestions that were offered in the Welcome Letter and Reservation Confirmation. As it says in the description, this is truly a great home for a large family gathering or a couple/small group just wanted to getaway for some lake time. Thank you Julie and Seth!!!

Amazing.

I have owned and rented a house through VRBO at Lake Martin. The task isn’t easy. The host communicated quickly and was easy to work with. The house has far more space than expected and is stocked with anything you need. It truly is a vacation rental by a proud owner as they have done a great job. The location may be on the west side of the lake but is more desirable than around Chimney Rock IMO. The view is spectacular. The water depth is very deep making is a great place to hang out. We enjoyed the kayak and paddle board that were provided while fishing the shorelines. The neighbors are easy going and the food at Kowaliga and The Landing is fine- and a very short boat ride. Many marinas are just a short distance from the house. We even enjoyed yogurt on our way out from Smith Marina after a wonderful brunch at The Social -Anchor Bay. We certainly will be back. Excellent in every respect.

Everything about the house is as advertised. A first class property. Very well stocked down to extra bags of ice in second refrigerator. Great views, especially from the main floor screened porch. I want to give kudos to the owners after we encountered a most unusual situation upon arrival. There was an unfortunate situation in which a deer had been killed near the parking area in front of the house. Having no way to deal with the situation I called the owner to report it. He answered on first ring. After digesting the situation he told me he would get back shortly with a solution. 15 minutes later he called back and had arranged for the situation to be handled. When we returned from visiting relatives a couple of hours later cleanup was complete. Thanks Seth for handling a difficult task quickly and orderly. We will certainly return back.

Gem on Lake Martin

This is an amazing property on Lake Martin! Pictures do not do it justice. Fantastic location and when you sit on the screened porch you feel you are on the water! Right across the lake...a 5 min kayak ride, there is a marina where we rented a boat and got frozen yogurt. Epic Landings erea is 10 min by boat. House is very well laid out and has wonderful amenities...kitchen better stocked than my own. Plenty of room for families to spread out. We celebrated my parent's 50th Anniversary and it was perfect. Do need to stress there are a lot of steps but was not an issue. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive. My teen loved the lake so much he now is considering attending Auburn so I think we qill be back. Neigjbors werw friendly! Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Weekend getaway with friends and family
