If you're a fisherman, you'll appreciate the private 8-hectare pond, located outside the property (70m), with private but not private access. You can fish for roach, carp, perch, pike, and eels. A fishing license is included. The no-kill pond offers beautiful areas ideal for long casts. You can also use the boat to explore the water. A fishing shed is available, as well as an outdoor sink, barbecue, garden furniture, and lounge chairs.

Each house is independent and has its own private terrace and fishing cabin. It is not overlooked. Ideal for nature lovers and fishing enthusiasts.

Surroundings: the towpath 6 km away (offers 85 km along the Mayenne), the castles in Mayenne, Laval, Lassay-les-Châteaux, Ste Suzanne, Fougères, Vitré, as well as the characterful villages of Fontaine-Daniel and Chailland, the Gallo-Roman site of Jublains, the Museums, the Jardin des Renaudies, Le Refuge de l'Arche, the most visited site in Mayenne, the Caves of Saulges. And 1h30 by car to Mont-Saint-Michel! Gîte on 2 floors - LEVEL 0 - a large living-dining room (36m²) with a fully equipped kitchen area offering dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, oven, induction hob, plancha. A living-dining area: Orange TV, 110cm, sofa and armchairs. Separate WC in a very spacious shower room (linen).
On the first floor: 2 bedrooms, one of which is 17m², with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), large closets, and a sink/toilet area. The second bedroom, 9m², has two twin beds (80x190cm) with a desk, armchair, and outlets for teleworking.

In the village of Alexain, take the direction of Mayenne. After 2.4 km, turn left on Chemin de la Coulairie-Etang du Moulin Neuf'. (Gîte Rural sign). Follow this path for 800 m then turn right for 100 m.
