「Everything was great」

「The drawer in the room would not stay shut opened by itself continually, same for the bathroom door . Floor squeaky by the foot of the beds」

「Variety of breakfast choices. Fruit was looking a bit tired. Place is needing some updates but overall the staff makes up for it. Has security and cameras. Street noise is a bit loud. Expect what you pay for it」

「The staff member up front was not friendly, I had asked about a late check in and she was very rude and not friendly about her response. I feel that customer service is lacking and it would have made the stay more enjoyable if I at least had a smile or warm re」

「Temperature consistency was good.and not noisy. Traffic noise started very early in morning. Staff were very kind and helpful Older facility but important things had been renovated nicely Pool looked great too」

「Manager was exceptional, she made sure I did not have an allergic reaction to chemicals or sprays. She also provided us with a full coffee pot and coffee. The room was adequate, plug ins etc. Good size fridge, perfect for us. Avacado Green Luxury Tub. We would return without hesitation.」

「The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast and pool were great as well. We would definitely stay there again.」

「Gave us a non smoking room by accident then tried making us pay a cleaning fee cause of their accident. Both rooms showers didn't work first room the tv didn't work and had no hot water from tap in tub or sink. Second room shower head didn't work and outside the back door were a bunch of squished eggs with dead birds in them and smelt like chlorine whole time both nights we were in it . Staff was alright and breakfast food could have been cooked a little longer 」
