Apt Auba amazing view by JS Villas

¨L´Auba¨ is stunning and unique beach front apartment with panoramic views to the sea. This wonderful summer apartment is located in Playa de Muro on the absolutely gorgeous seafront. It offers a fantastic view of the beautiful Bay of Alcudia/Muro and the surrounding mountains and has direct sea access . Here, you can enjoy a perfect beach holiday in a prestigious location where the white sand beach is right in front of your apartment. Spacious terrace invites you to spend your day time relaxing with your favorite book/magazine or to spend the evening under the clear sky enjoying the sunset. On the first floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, as well as three bedrooms and one complete bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed and direct access to the terrace with spectacular view of the sea. Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The absolute highlight of the apartment is the terrace with the large dining table for six and view of the sea. Here you will be allowed to really make the most of warm Mallorcan evenings, alfresco style! The living - dining room is connected to the kitchen which is equipped with all the necessary appliances: fridge, electric oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and everything you may need for your holidays. For entertainment throughout your holiday, the villa includes a SMART TV, so that you can access your NETFLIX or AMAZON accounts. There is also free WiFi access. Downstairs there is a small private garden where you will find enough space for sunbeds and BBQ.

On the ground floor there is the garage which has a bathroom with walk in shower with access to beach. All the amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes) are located close from the apartment so it is not necessary to rent a car. A range of top quality golf courses 15-20 min drive away. L´Auba is a unique and special apartment, ideal for an unforgettable and good priced family holiday, the perfect place to relax and feel the essence of the Mediterranean.

Fantastic beachfront apartment, heaven

Just vacated this stunning apartment, and words cannot express the level of satisfaction and overall brilliance of this home. Beachfront cannot be any nearer, to wake in a morning and open the doors to the magnificent bay of Alcudia is a rare and mesmerising treat. Apartment is bigger than photos show, with up to date modern amenities. Beds are supper comfy, and aircon is a 100% must. Secure open walls to the rear utility room allow a much needed sea breeze to blow through the property. Down stairs a more than ample terrace gives sunbathing for 6 with ease, added bonus which isn't mentioned is the garage/ washroom underneath with a shower and toilet and washing machine, so no need to travel heavy. Kitchen is equipped with everything you will ever need, local supermarkets like Euroski sell good quality groceries so that eating in is an actual joy, not chore. I highly reccomend this property to everyone and already are planning our return. Many thanks to Melodie and Sarune who communicated fantasticly throughout our booking. All in all 100%

Quality Beach On Your Doorstep

We stayed in this apartment for 1 week early in October 2019.It was our first visit to Mallorca and Alcudia and we were impressed with the friendliness of the locals and the relaxed atmosphere when eating out . Overall we enjoyed this apartment especially its proximity to a very lovely beach that stretched for 2-3 miles. Great for swimming as there was very little tide. I would rate the patio10 out of 10 and the view was terrific. The rest of the apartment, except the kitchen area could really do with a major updating. The bathroom/ shower in-particular was extremely tired and with the best will of the cleaners could not be cleaned to the standard you would expect. For example, rusting towel rails,shower head holder nearly falling off the wall. Although there were plenty of restaurants within a short distance from the apartment they are mainly catered for high season holiday maker numbers and not what you would call fine dining. Overall we would gladly visit Alcudia again however with out any updating it would not be in this particular apartment.

Just what you need right on the sea.

Everything was really great. We loved the place, the yard, the facilities, the kitchen equipment, the sea (which is just few steps from the apartment). The ladies who helped us with cleaning were really nice and hospitable. We appreciate Pietra’s help and concern. Many sweet memories.
