「The staff was amazing friendly attentive full of recommendations to look out for us. The food was delicious and reasonable especially for a resort. It is a little secluded which was excellent for us. The grounds are amazing and well maintained. Our room was squeaky clean.
The only two items I wished they had were a TV and consistent hot water.

「Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. It is too far to walk to the nearby mall and bus terminal, so you can rent a scooter or take a tricycle at the store right in front of the hotel.
Cabana is the only restaurant near the hotel that accepts credit cards.」

"I am a student, and I stayed at Casablanca with my friends for our first overseas trip. To be honest, it was absolutely amazing! The room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff, including the owner Nick, were incredibly kind. There was nothing to complain about.
If you need a car or tour arrangements, just ask the staff, and they will take care of it for you. Since all the staff members are very friendly, I highly recommend asking them if you have any questions.
Especially, the owner Nick was very helpful. He allowed us to contact him directly and even offered us a discount as students. I really appreciate his kindness.
