"We had an amazing overnight stay at the Annex. Nancy, the host, could not have been more welcoming, informative and helpful. The cottage was ideal for our particular needs - a rather last minute booking - and very clean and well equipped throughout. It was beautifully warm, and the property is set deep in a very beautiful part of lovely Exmoor. Would highly recommend this cosy cottage for a couple and reasonably priced as well. "

"My room was absolutely lovely. Can’t comment on the food as they do not serve food on a Monday and Tuesday evening so I had to travel out which is a bit of a pain considering the location and only had breakfast one morning as have to be at work for 8 o’clock and it does not start till 730 Wi-Fi is good easy Parking."
