「Bel monastero sulla collina, a fianco della fortezza di Balaguer. Era la notte del Giovedì Santo e la mattina seguente, Venerdì Santo, il monastero era il punto di arrivo della Via Crucis, che saliva dal paese: molto interessante e scenografica. La colazione, quel giorno di digiuno comprendeva solamente coca (torta tradizionale) e cioccolata. 」

「Un joli petit hôtel familial comme nous aimons sauf qu'il était fermé pour les vacances. Il ne semblait pas nous attendre. Tout était fermé. Nous avons du attendre dans un froid glacial que je trouve quelqu'un au téléphone pour nous accueillir. Heureusement que je me débrouille en espagnol. 」
