"First of all clean rooms. Nice staff, and very polite reception and most important thing that they knew english! Very safe place. Little bit far from city center but not any big deal. Near to subway and very pleasure resturants nearby. We enjoyed staying there and we will back for sure.👍❤️"

"The room is spacious and clean. It's a new hotel, everything looks tidy and new. Staff were very friendly and check in and out process was smooth.
Shower temperature was a bit inconsistent as it turns cold for a few seconds before it's back to warm temperature. There is a nepresso coffee machine in the room but no kettle in the room and no way to get hot water.
Location is 1 minute away from Suanzes metro station. However it is quite far from Madrid city centre (takes at least 30 minutes to get there). It's only 15 minutes taxi from the airport so it's very convenient for catching a flight."
"The hotel is extremely clean, bed linen and towels are changed daily. The breakfast is fantastic, there is plenty of everything. During the day, guests have free fruits, yogurt, beer, juices and coffee. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. One bus takes you to the city center."
"This was a quick sleep stop between train and plane and I didn’t have expectations, but I was so pleasantly surprised. The room was beautiful, the bed and bedding was divine and the shower was lovely, unlike typical hotel showers. Staff were so friendly and helpful and a taxi from the station to the hotel and another from the hotel to the airport were both easy. Highly recommend. "
"Great hotel in a lovely area close to two different metro lines. The arrival and departure processes were really easy, staff were kind, and the room was very thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. The pull out couch was very easy to use and the room felt spacious and comfortable. The shower was fantastic! As was the communal kitchen where coffee and tea were offered. Would wholeheartedly recommend this stay and a quick walk over to Alma Nomad Fabrica for amazing croissants and pastries."
"Great. Very simple, safe, and clean and just what we needed. Staff were very helpful too. Convenient to the 5 Metro line and had several nearby cafes. Would definitely come back. "
