"L’appartement était extrêmement sale, vieillot, manque beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisson, j’ai du allé en acheter, salle de bain sale et sans vmc, toilette cassé, portes rongées par l’humidité, porte fenêtre séjour qui ne se ferme pas, séjour très vétuste et odeur d’excréments dans tout l’appartement suite aux problèmes de canalisation de la résidence. "Al entran en el apartamento nos hemos encontrado una sorpresa ingrata, ya que había cucarachas en la puerta de la cocina, hemos llamado y nos lo han solucionado cambiando de apartamento, que no estaba preparado para el alquiler, es decir tuvimos que pedir mantas y se notaba que en las esquinas había algo de suciedad. A couple notes that may be easy to miss so you aren't disappointed (these are all indicated in the listing, so no false advertising here): 1) There is no AC. It was fairly warm and humid while we were here, but being diligent about closing the sun shades in the morning and opening to cross-ventilation in the evening kept temperatures reasonable. "Pros: the house was great, well updated, beautiful landscaping, amazing view, walkable neighborhood. Under 10 minute walk to the Cala Blanca through the short cuts. The outdoor table on the balcony was great for our large group, we spent every day there. We loved the office space because one of us had to work every day, and it had AC.Cons: the king bed upstairs is a water bed, which wasn't disclosed in the listing. It wasn't very comfortable, and in all honesty, we probably wouldn't have rented this house had we known this. There's an office attached to this room with a sofa bed, which is the other "bedroom" that "sleeps 2" but in reality, the couch doesn't fit 2 grown adults and its not convenient for adult groups. There were also no sheets provided for this bed and not enough towels overall. And several sheets and pillows had stains on them.Additionally, the listing states that the house has air conditioning, but there isn’t AC in the two bedrooms on the main floor or in the apartment downstairs. Another detail that had we known, we may not have booked.Overall we had a good stay, but the listing lacked some important details."

I Loved It xx"

"Another great stay. Half board with breakfast and lunch was the way forward. Always a rice dish -Paella or sorts. Plenty to choose from. Great to lounge by pool. Bar nearby too. Beds in pool and some of the umbrellas need replacing. Staff incredibly friendly. Great location. Been coming to Alcossebre for 29 years. Thanks again"

"The location is great, and the staff were very pleasant and the rooftop view was excellent. The only downside is that the rooms are very underwhelming but other than that, it is a great location. They advertise parking but when you arrive, they have a very limited number of spots and you end up having to park across the street for a very expensive price."
