Welcome to unparalleled views of the Sandia Mountains, hot air balloons over the city and starry desert nights! This spacious, modern home offers easy access to mountain trails, the aerial tram, and the city of Albuquerque. A modern, open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors offer a relaxed indoor-outdoor atmosphere. You're invited to enjoy backyard patio dining by the fountain and fire pit, perfect from morning coffee through sunset dinners. With three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and an office, there's plenty of space for both privacy and shared connection. Treat yourselves to a getaway on the edge of the city. Peaceful oasis in Albuquerque

Perfect house & Albuquerque location for my family’s Thanksgiving holiday.

House was beautiful and clean. True representation on website. Nice neighborhood. Great communication with owner. We saw a roadrunner in the yard! Will definitely stay again.

Great house with beautiful mountain views

We enjoyed our stay very much, and the house location and backyard were wonderful. The was some indication that there was a spa in the listing, but the owner clarified this and apologized for the mixup. The house was organized, clean, and comfortable with beautiful backyard space!

IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER.

This house has everything one needs - beauty, spaciousness, amenities, magnificent sunrises and sunsets, access to all of Albuquerque within 25 minutes, access to hiking close by, comfortable beds, excellent kitchen, beautiful private backyard, lots of light (both natural and creative house lighting) and the owner, who was always a delight to work with. Thank you.

Pet friendly was my only problem. Did not read dog could not go in backyard, basically. A little bit hard to have a dog go out and not know if they would pee. Luckily I got pet friendly for when my daughter and her dog stopped by. Otherwise, it was perfect. Such a great kitchen with all the pans, utensils, etc. Thanks so much

Fabulous place!

This house, property and views are better than the pictures. The living area is open and airy with beautiful floor to ceiling windows to view the mountains and wildlife outside. The kitchen is large and very functional, with lots of storage space, we enjoyed cooking and gathering with the family for meals. The backyard is a beautiful oasis with incredible views of the Sandia Mountains. Great place to chill and enjoy a beautiful evening. The owner is extremely responsive and a joy to rent from. I stayed here with my family for a month and plan to do it again next year if it is available. Highly recommend!
