Welcome to our delightfully designed home with amenities to serve a short or long term stay. We are I on Albuquerque west mesa with access to many restaurants and a ten minute drive to most tourist attractions.Our expertly decorated, family home is located in a quiet neighborhood near St Pius. The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer family stay. This spacious home is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, etc.

We can be available throughout your visit to answer any question and offer assistance.

This neighborhood offers the perfect blend of convenience and local culture.

You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Enjoy a stylish stay in this modern, upgraded home featuring sleek wood floors and a thoughtfully designed layout. The space includes a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals, ample closet space to keep your belongings organized, and a powerful refrigerated air conditioner to keep you cool and comfortable year-round.

Perfect for solo travelers or couples, this studio offers both functionality and comfort in a contemporary setting.

We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

The amenities and furniture were poorly maintained (unclean water filter, peeling couch, broken blinds, stained, cracked, and dirty dishware in the cabinet). The host seemed nice and the home itself is beautiful (nice quiet neighborhood, gorgeous master bathroom and near lots of food). But it just needs some maintenance and the price to match the maintenance that needs to be done
