My wife and I stayed here for 3.5 months, i.e. the course of the entire summer. We had a lovely experience and would absolutely return again.Property is in a great neighborhood with one of the best walking/running trails right behind it. The trail always has people on it and my wife would frequently run on it without feeling like it was unsafe. Carlos and Nicole were wonderful hosts who made sure that everything was put together when we arrived and throughout the duration of our stay. They are incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. Their guesthouse has everything you would need for a short or extended stay—including towels, kitchen appliances, TV, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer, etc. The area has everything you would need within a 10 minute drive, such as a Walmart, a Costco, a Target, a Sprouts, a couple of gyms, a mall, and a wide variety of restaurants. The city of Corrales is just outside of ABQ, and as such has its own police and is safer than ABQ.

Fantastic Property

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at the Casita. I stayed here for over a month while transitioning into a new position for work. The Casita is very comfortable and well appointed. It has absolutely everything you need. When you step out the door the pool and yard area are amazing. The best part of the whole experience: however, is the hospitality of the owners Carlos and Nicole. They treated me like family and they truly set this property apart from any other you could find. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting the area. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic property. Perfect for Balloon Fiesta

Nicole and Carlos are gracious hosts. The house and guest house are beautiful and in a perfect location for Balloon Fiesta. Just a straight shot down the road for fiesta parking, and a few blocks from great restaurants, yet tucked away in such a peaceful and tranquil subdivision. A real gem!

Fabulous tuck-away and close to everything

Great location! Would be great spot for those coming in for Balloon Fiesta or just time with kids and grandkids (like us). Hosts were wonderful. Setting is quiet and relaxing. Perfect set up for a quick stay in town.

Lovely casita near the Bosque

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nicole and Carlos’s casita. They are the perfect hosts and even made our little dog feel welcome. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed our walk to the Rio Grande. Thank you Nicole and Carlos.

Beautiful place and even more beautiful Owners

If you need to be in ABQ and want to be away of the big city life during down time, this is THE place to u wind and relax. You can walk to shopping, convenient hiking trails and the apartment is luxurious with the finest amenities. The owners are incredible people with warm hearts and will make sure you are comfortable and well taken care if during your stay.

Nicole and Carlos were wonderful. The guest house had more amenities than we even expected. They were quick to make sure we had everything needed. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood with restaurants close by. Shopping if needed as well. We will definitely try to stay again. Highly recommend.
