To access the villa there is a path which is 92cm wide. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 56cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access with a handrail for support. There is a step down from the patio doors onto the terrace. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 16 steps to the first floor. All bedrooms have a door width of 72cm, whilst the first floor bathroom has a door width of 62cm.
