The Townhouse Ocean Joy is the perfect refuge for families or groups seeking comfort and practicality during holidays in the Algarve.



On the ground floor, there is a pleasant living and dining room, ideal for moments of socialising, a guest bathroom and direct access to the external veranda, which features a barbecue and outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying sunny days.



On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, and a suite with a double bed and private bathroom with shower. On this floor there is also a common bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring total comfort for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, providing all the functionality necessary to prepare and share your meals with family or friends.



Guests can still enjoy the common areas of the condominium, which include a shared swimming pool for adults and children and an outdoor games area. The property has private parking, as well as public parking options in the vicinity.



Located in Albufeira, close to the beach, bars and the main attractions of the Algarve.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €175 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
