ROOMS: The villa consists of four rooms. The main suite features a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom for greater privacy. Another room includes a double bed and a private balcony, while the third room has two single beds and a private balcony, the last room is in the property's basement with an independent entrance and has two single beds and two single sofa beds.



ROOM: The spacious living room opens onto the dining area with access to a terrace, offering a charming environment for meals and relaxation. For guests who need to work, there is a desk in the living room.



KITCHEN: The kitchen is generously sized and has a view of the inviting pool area. It is equipped with modern amenities, such as an electric oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances, including a kettle, magic wand, juicer and a capsule coffee machine with Dolce Gusto.



LAUNDRY ROOM: Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a laundry room equipped with a large fridge and a washing machine. It also offers access to a covered barbecue area, perfect for cooking and dining outdoors.



PRIVATE POOL: The property features a spacious private enclosed pool, with dimensions of 10m by 5m. This pool is perfect for cooling off and enjoying the hot Algarve climate.



PARKING: The villa includes a garage for one car, and within the property, there is ample space to park three more cars.



AIR CONDITIONING: All bedrooms and the living/dining room are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable indoor environment.



LOCATION: The villa is situated in a tranquil area, surrounded by other residential villas. It is a short distance from the historic village of Paderne, where it is possible to explore trails for good walks and savour local cuisine in restaurants such as "Xerem," "Mato à Vista" and "Veneza." The bustling centre of Albufeira is 12 kilometres away, and beautiful beaches, such as "Praia dos Pescadores," "Praia da Oura" and "Praia Santa Eulália," are within a radius of 12 to 16 kilometres, making it an ideal location for beach lovers.
