Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment, located in the São Rafael Complex, with communal swimming pools and beautiful landscaped gardens. The breath taking beaches of São Rafael and Arrifes are only 5 min walk away, the Marina 2km and the oldtown of Albufeira 4km. The apartment has a spacious living room with a balcony facing south; Equipped kitchen; 2 bedrooms both with wardrobe, air conditioning and a balcony; 2 bathrooms one with bath and one with shower.

The Apartment is located at one of the most beautiful urbanizations of the Algarve, the Urbanization of São Rafael. This urbanization has several features to enjoy as a garden with lawns, common swimming pool surrounded by several sun loungers, children's pool, bar with terrace and leisure space.

Apartment on the 1st floor, which is composed of: Entrance hall, Large living room equipped with 2 sofa with 2 seats, TV, DVD, Radio with CD player, air conditioning and fireplace, dining table with 6 chairs; Balcony equipped with 4 chairs and table; Kitchen equipped with Washing Machine/Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge, Freezer, Electric oven, Electric hob, Microwave, Coffee machine Dulce Gusto, Electric kettle, Toaster and Hand blender; 2 Bathrooms, one with bathtub hair dryer and socket and another with a shower and socket; Two Bedrooms each with 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and balcony.

Guests will have access to the whole apartment, including all the common areas of the urbanization, such as gardens, Swimming pool, children's pool, bar and leisure area.

I leave my guests at ease, but I am available when ever they need me.

Apartment inserted in one of the most beautiful urbanizations of the Algarve, with the designation of Urbanization of São Rafael. This urbanization has as characteristic the beautiful landscaped gardens with lawns; Good sized communal swimming pool surrounded by space with sun loungers; children swimming pool; Bar with terrace and leisure space near the pool. Located just 300 meters from the wonderful beaches of São Rafael and Arrifes. These beaches have an interesting natural landscape. The center of Albufeira and the Marina are only a few minutes away, and it is where you can find various trade spaces, such as local shops, Hypermarkets, Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, among others.
São Rafael is a space full of character and natural beauty!

The accommodation is close to the bus stop. Where buses like Eva and City-sightseeing stop.
If you prefer you can also use transport such as Taxi and TVDE (Uber).

If you do not wish to use public transport you can always rent a car.
The parking is free, outside the apartments.
