With its stunning sea view and serene surroundings, the villa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing stay with family or friends — comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

This beautiful contemporary villa offers a sea view, a private pool to cool off at any time of the day, and a landscaped garden. The large terrace invites you to enjoy outdoor meals or simply relax while admiring the sunsets over the sea and the surrounding maquis.

On the upper floor, you will enjoy a bright and spacious living area of over 50 m², opening onto the terrace and the pool. Two outdoor dining spaces are available:

-one by the pool
-one facing the sea

This level also includes:

-A master suite (160 cm bed) with an en‑suite shower room and separate toilet inside the bedroom
-A double bedroom (160 cm bed)
-A twin bedroom with two single beds
-A bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub
-A guest toilet
-A large fully equipped open kitchen, ideal for cooking family meals
-A laundry room with an additional refrigerator


Lower Floor – Independent 45 m² Unit
Fully self-contained, the lower floor offers:

-1 double bedroom (160 cm bed)
-1 living room with an additional sleeping space (140 cm bed)
-1 fully equipped kitchen
-1 shower room
-1 separate toilet
-1 large covered terrace, ideal for relaxing in the shade during summer

The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in optimal comfort, making it perfect for families and groups of friends.

-Comfortable parking space for up to 4 vehicles

As the accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, it is not suitable for bachelor or bachelorette parties. Parties are not allowed in the property.
