"Very dissatisfied with the lack of caring the management was there, they heard my complaint from day one of staying and nothing was done about it, I asked to speak with management about said issues they brushed it off and kept giving me the run around of trying to get ahold of someone in charge"

"The room was a patchwork of paint colors. A fresh coat would help it hide the mold, mildew and drip stains on the shower ceiling and under the sink. I was afraid to look under the bed after seeing the filth under the microwave. Obviously if it’s not right smack in front they were not cleaning it. And the faucets had pitting and spots as though it was not cleaned after the last person. I reserved a whirlpool room and got one however it was out of order. After seeing the dirt ring in the shower I probably wouldn’t have used it as it too was not clean. From the words of the manager don’t book with hotels.com as he only gets $65 for the booking. You definitely get what you paid for here. No alarm clock, no blow dryer, no breakfast and a pool that’s closed. "

"Very comfort inn standard. Good clean rooms great for travellers like myself. I would highly suggest staying here. They have an amazing pool for relaxing time and good morning breakfast eggs and sausages. "

"The only good thing was it was next store to the casino. TV went out and I called the front desk to ask for help and the gal said, I don't know anything about it and I am the only one here. Then when taking a shower in the morning we found out they have sulphur water, didn't even feel like you took a shower!! Could not get out of there fast enough. Oh and we are in our 70's and they gave us a 2nd floor room and there is NO ELEVATOR! Will NEVER STAY there again!"

"I needed help with my Television and the person at the desk refused to come to my room alone because it was after 9:00 and she was alone at the hotel.This is an indictment of the hotel management more than the desk clerk. There should be more than one person working the hotel at night.At least there should be a security guard. What would have happened if I had some type of accident where I needed help."

"We didn’t even stay the night. Went somewhere else. Asked for a refund but non refundable online. He offered us another room but didn’t want it cus of the condition of the first room. Just said we will chalk that $75 up. Room smelt bad. The mattress cover had old blood stains from bed bugs that’s the main reason we didn’t stay. The guy was friendly but a no go for us. "

"The hot tub / spa had great jet strength but lacked in temperature which was probably a good thing since the timer was broken. The hotel out did themselves for their breakfast with hot and cold choices."

"Older building but with visible renovations. Very quiet with friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean. I didn’t consume any breakfast here as it was a continental breakfast and I prefer a fuller meal. Breakfast area/lobby also tidy. I always stay here when I’m in Hillsdale and will continue to do so."
