"Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,"

"We LOVED. The location of the Hotel!! It was perfect to explore the city.. The property was BEAUTIFUL and staff was very friendly & helpful. The rooms were wonderful & comfortable and we soo enjoyed the in room expressive & cookies. We only wish we had gone a little later in the year so we could have used the amazing pools, one is on the roof!! The view is incredible!!"

Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and well-organized. All the amenities were excellent and worked exactly as expected. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the quality of this property. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to improve.
