"Dirty. Unkempt. Needs a full makeover. My pillow was alright. The guy who checked me in was really good at his job. Not worth half what I paid for my room."

"We got the king bed room with the mountain view ($297). The room was large and faced the mountain which was about 15' to 20' out the door, but at least it wasn't a view of the parking lot. No cell service and lousy Wi-Fi and no tv reception so plan to disconnect (which was a good thing). The desk has plenty of DVD's for movie watching though. The "breakfast" that comes with the room is lacking. Mostly odds and ends of kinda pastries, bagels and fruit with a waffle machine. We went next door to...

"Having the shuttle service to the airport works great for me."

"Extra bedding was not clean. Had to pay extra for a roll away bed but we had booked the room for 5 people. The room was only for 4 people."

"Downtown Missoula is quite walkable - generally speaking. We stayed here while attending a concert at Griz and it was a half hour walk there and back. This was also a good central location for exploring the shops and restaurants downtown. The room had all the amenities we could have wanted and working AC!"
