"Roy has the heart of a host.My friend's car was broken into on the way to the house. When she arrived, he helped her tape up the window and vacuumed out the broken glass. It was exactly what one might expect if visiting family, but he's just a great host who treated us like family.The property was well-appointed, comfortable, and in a great location--about a five minute walk from the cool stores (Frock! Citizen Ruth!), bars, and restaurants of the Alberta Arts District. It's also close to Irvington, a historic neighborhood that's super fun for running.My friends and I are so grateful to Roy for a wonderful weekend!"

"Wonderful tiny home in somebody's backyard. It was comfortable enough for two people, but more than that and it will get crowded fast. The only two complaints that I had was that there was no microwave and you really could not park near the home. It wasn't a big deal for me cuz the weather cooperated, but if it's raining, you're going to get wet."

"I had an amazing experience at Cascada Spa and absolutely loved it. It was exactly what I was looking for, a place to truly get away and relax. We stayed here for our anniversary, and it was such a nice surprise to find a small gift waiting for us in the room. Everything is designed beautifully and feels very luxurious. The spa itself is incredible, and I especially loved that it wasn't crowded. The quiet policy in the sauna and jacuzzi area on the lower level makes it so peaceful and really allows you to fully unwind. It's such a pleasant place that I would come back anytime. I also loved that the room had a washer and dryer, and even a dishwasher, such a nice touch. The only downside is that there is no parking, so you have to find street parking in the neighborhood, which can be quite busy (I feel a little bad for the residents!). Definitely recommend this place!"

"Beautiful home and location. Sad we only got a few hours in the home propper as we had a fully booked schedule. Only change i would make is the bathmats in the bathrooms where quite slippery on the tile. "
