"The apartment is modern and very well appointed. There is separate air conditioning in both bedrooms and both living rooms. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of both Batemans Bay shops and the marina. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be returning. "

"From the moment I called 2 days prior to arrival, to the moment we checked out, Ross- (owner) was incredible, the property is divine. We had a 2 bedroom suite, kitchenette, lounge and dining area, everything was spotlessly clean, and well maintained, being an older building, there was not a thing you could fault. We were on the balcony level, looking out to the sea, and although it rain for much of our 4 night stay, the view was exceptional. With keen fisherman with us, it was literally a matter of crossing the road, then you're on the sand, standing before ocean. We will definitely be back, and I will be recommending this property to guests at the hotel I work at in Canberra, who are looking forward a coastal getaway. Thank you for the amazing stay. "
