This Historical 100 yrs house has been completely top to bottom revived! Everything is is new, modernized and soothing! In the heart of Albany`s historic district. Take a stroll, enjoy the open floor plan, or sit out on the large front porch.

The main floor is living space, full bath and fully stocked Kitchen, dining area, washer dryer.
The upstairs hosts 3 bedroom and a full bath. Both the main floor and the upstairs have air conditioning.
Lower level is the Boutique apt., 2 bedrooms 1 bath.
5 bedrooms 3 full baths in total. Approx 2500 sq ft. in total.

Just blocks from Albany`s downtown district , Antique mall, with 100`s of shops, restaurants, museum, live theaters, Historical Carousel and Museum This property is easy to get to, 10 min to I-5.

Pet Policy:

We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Please note however pets and animals (including service animals) are NOT permitted in the two bedroom basement unit. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. We really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!

We ask for compliance in a few house rules:

🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.

🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.

🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use.

🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only.

🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.

🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated.

🐶 Need pet care while you`re out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word.

💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning.

There is a $60 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $180 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
