We were told by Brenda the hotel Manager that we would get a refund back from Expedia, but now Expedia says the hotel will not provide the refund to pass on. This hotel is rated at a 6.2, but honestly it can’t be anymore than a 2. The front of the property attracted many groups of homeless people. Not a good experience. I don’t believe Expedia should be listing this an option to stay in Salem "
