Villa Nineta by Escape Home

Precious villa of 242 built square metres with three bedrooms in Mediterranean style, located very close to Son Bou beach and the shopping centre. It has a private car access and the entire house is built on the same level, making it very comfortable.



From the street, you climb the stairs to the terrace level where there is a lovely outdoor area with exterior furniture and access to the villa.



Inside, it has a wonderful living-dining room with TV, air conditioning and through an arch you access the fully equipped kitchen.



The villa has three bedrooms, the main bedroom, slightly larger and with access to the terrace with sea views, has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and the other 2 bedrooms (with ceiling fans) have 2 single beds each. Finally, an independent bathroom with bathtub.



Outside it has two areas, the first area, where the swimming pool is located, from which pleasant sea views are enjoyed and is equipped with outdoor furniture, and the second area has a spacious terrace with barbecue to enjoy with family.

Magnifique maison avec piscine

Très belle maison avec une super piscine et vue sur la mer. Les différentes terasses permettent de se mettre à l'ombre en fonction du moment de la journée. Très adaptées aux familles. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Le personnel d'escape home est disponible et très réactif. Un parasol au bord de la piscine aurait été apprécié. Ajouter une climatisation dans les chambres
