"The host is very nice. It was a nice stay in the middle of our trip between Cuenca and Quito. My kids loved to be on a farm with alpacas, dogs, cats, ducks and birds. They said it’s like a real zoo. :)"

Alausi is a small town that welcomes visitors. They have a great variety of local food to taste. The hotels and hostels are in the Main Street and to a walking distance to the train station.La Nariz del Diablo es una ruta del tren inolvidable.

The most important attraction is the Alausi Train that is one of the oldest railroads of Ecuador and a very interesting thing to visit and to see the "Devil Nose".
