"This hotel is adequate but very dated. Our shower was out of shampoo, another room out of body wash. We had to keep requesting the staff refill the coffee in the lobby. We were only there for one night so our interaction with staff was very limited. Perhaps when they see people more they are more accommodating? I wouldn’t say don’t stay there, but I will say only expect the necessities."
"Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff provided excellent, almost ‘on demand’, shuttle service to and from airport and ferry terminal. Friendly and helpful."
"Fantastic stay! Would highly recommend this hotel. Laundry room and gym available to guests. Very easy to use. In the morning, the hotel puts out a nice coffee and tea service, but it's also across the street from a fantastic coffee shop, if you're looking for more options and a full breakfast. Very conviently located, and the staff is super awesome."
"The hotel may have rebranded to the Southeast Resort, but it is an old hotel. The refrigerator shell was broken. The room just looked tired. The elevator was extremely slow. The bathtub wasn't really clean and there was someone else's long hair clinging to the shower curtain, yuck. On the positive side the bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel location is right by downtown and close to tourist areas."
Cozy and private home away from home! Ask about the car rental option!
8/10 Good
"Studio apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a very bright light across from the unit (L) on a storage facility that interrupted sleeping even with black out drapes. Laundry detergent was not provided."
