"Reservé el fin de semana para mí familia unos meses antes y ya desde el día uno, Alberto fue súper atento y respondió a las mil y una dudas que teníamos. Todo aquello que necesité me lo ofreció. Con respecto a la casa no falta detalle, solo tienes que ir con tu maleta de ropa y a disfrutar. La casa es super calentita para ir con bebés, las camas muy cómodas, menaje de cocina de todo tipo, una barbacoa increíble,baños con el agua calentita y tan bonitos! "The owners have decorated the property really well. The rooms are very nice and the bathrooms as well, all recently renovated. The owners are their every morning to cook breakfast on demand and they are really friendly. This is my preferred place to stay when in Alarcon / Motilla de Palancar"

"When we arrived for our stay, they had no record of the booking, and informed us there was no hot water. Used bathroom facilities whilst there- filthy with dead flies everywhere and no paper. Swimming pool a shade of green. Subsequent investigation on line suggests this hotel is a disaster area, and possibly in deep financial trouble with “rooms embargoed and gas cut off” for non-payment if taxes/bills.
