「Loved it! Nice boutique hotel at a great location. Beautiful garden and pool. The food was great as was the room. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I’d recommend!」

「Wir waren als Familie mit 3 kleinen Kindern für 11 Tage da. Es ist ein großes und schönes Hotel. Es bietet viel und das Personal ist sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt zu verschönern. Für die Kids sind sehr viele schöne Sachen vorhanden. Miniclub mit einer guten Ausstattung und viel Raum. Der Piratenrutschpark ausreichend groß und man hat dennoch einen guten Überblick. 2 weitere Aquaparks sind für klein und Groß. 「Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. 「Eine in die Jahre gekommene Luxusanlage. Leider nicht überall sauber. Ansonsten top Anlage mit mehreren Pools und nah am mehr. Leider nicht gut im Schuss. Essen mittelmäßig. Personal super nett und zuvorkommend.」

「Very poor selection of food, we ended up eating most meals outside the hotel. Free wifi does not work so you have to pay extra for "premium wifi". Once we complained about low quality of food management told us to leave ! I highly recommend not staying at this property. 」

Je voudrais en nommer quelques-uns pour les remercier : Eugenia ( accueil des visiteurs), Sukru, Sehriban, Merve. La chambre était avec 2 lits vue sur la mer, mais les lits étaient trop étroits (90 cm de largeur). Malgré la largeur, les lits étaient confortables. L'isolation est bien.
