"Das Personal war super nett,vor allem der Inhaber,sowie seine russische Angestellte. Wir waren nur zur Durchreise für eine Nacht. Wir sind Motorradfahrer, deswegen sind unsere Ansprüche nicht so hoch. Pool war super,nicht voll. Zur Durchreise kann ich es auff jeden Fall empfehlen."

We found the food not great in the restaurant, very bland, not seasoned and mostly cold.

Plenty of choice in the restaurant for all meals - no problem there.
Such a shame that the alcohol on offer as part of the all-inclusive stay was of poor quality. We do realise that the hotel is catering for people from all parts of the world and that not everybody appreciates quality alcohol..."

"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. "It‘s a really nice hotel directly at the beach. Unfortunately, on the other side it‘s directly at a main road/autobahn.
The first three nights, we had a room very close to the road and didn‘t get a lot of sleep because it was so loud.
That made it very difficult to enjoy our vacation.

"Was good and quiet as well.only i felt not treated fairly as i had VIP access on my booking but was given nothings and also i mentioned my husband had birthday the following morning nothings was done even if i.had to pay but he said i will give a drink which he didn't get it...i paid every drink while my VIP package ihad free drinks everyday..on my check out he still charged me the soft drinks i had on my room and when i ask my VIP access package he replied you didn't ask which put me off could do better "
"I am a frequent traveler, and let me tell you, the best thing I liked about this hotel was the buffet. The food selection was excellent, the freshness was terrific, and the taste was consistent. The hotel had many activities, and the rooms were very spacious. The beach was one of my favorite things—a beautiful sandy beach that was very clean. They also had water sports on site."
