"Excellent customer service from Kaan and the hotel in general, wonderful sea view room, beautiful location. Water slide, gym, swimming pools all great, hotel right opposite the sea feint and close to local attractions. As a family wethoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"While the hotel itself is nice, it’s lacking features are available activities for off season. There was little to no evening entertainment, there was evening entertainment for only 2 nights out of the 7. Also, indoor pools should be heated! Especially in off season. Asked two members of staff as to why it’s cold and if we could get it warm but they replied with “I don’t know.” Both indoor and outdoor pools were freezing!! Some members of staff are alright whereas some have a stroppy face and aren’t as accommodating. The hotel is clean and gets cleaned up quick. The waitresses and waiters are all very nice and so are the cleaning ladies. Especially Kadriye! The food was good, nothing special however the flavours are a little repetitive. The beach is rather small but the deck is beautiful. There was also no free Starbucks available either! Plenty of shops outside of the hotel, as well as being able to rent a bike/buggy/quad from a man called Osman. Overall it’s nice for a short stay (when travelling in off season) but can get a little boring. 6/10."

"Amazing service, clean site, clean beach, amazing staff - very sweet Ruslan made our dinner in Beach Club special. On the bad side - I would not go there again as a couple without kids, because how many kids there were - unimaginable. In regards to food, we were very dissapointed, a lot of options however repetitive, sushi 4 options - two of them with chicken. Pizza very dry. "

"Hotel was good, but staff training and coordination lacked big time. Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. Restaurant team looked tired of certain demographic of quests, who are demanding and rude to the staff, but once they get to know you staff was really nice. Burak from the main dinner restaurant stood up, he was very welcoming and helpful. Please check spelling and grammars in all your, menus, signs and lists. Need attention by someone who knows English well. I would like come back and see it again. "

" Staff are very polite, helpful, and friendly. Food was exquisite - wide choice, well prepared, and delicious. Even a person like me, with a lot of allergies, didn't have any troubles. Rooms and washrooms are very clean. Premises are cosy and inviting. Selene Beach and Spa hotel is the right place for a wonderful vacation."

"I liked being directly on the beach, I spent every day of my stay going there in the mornings. Even though I didn't do any of the activities on offer, I did see that there are lots of them every day. I think this is a great place for relaxing vacation. "
