"Unfortunately we had a bad expu our original booking in Payaller Alanya. Thankfully Hotels.com found us another villa and we ended up staying here at Ottoman Villas. The villa was super and we enjoyed our stay there. It was around 30 minutes from Alanya so we had to travel by taxi to explore the touristic areas of Alanya. "

However the villa is so beautiful, the views amazing, but some of the furniture and bed linen could do with upgrading. The only issue we had was the stairs, I counted over 200 stairs to get up to the villa which was a real challenge especially with heavy luggage. "We enjoyed the villa but there were a few little problems worth noting for other people. There are water problems in Avsallar which affected us - we lost water for a few hours on a couple of occasions so you need bottled water. We also had a power cut because of faulty wiring in the villa that happened when we were away, and unfortunately we had to throw away two days of refrigerated food as a result. "The property was not located in Alanya as per the address on our booking. The villa is located on the top of a hill, in The Mahmutlar area. The road to the villla is unsafe, with poor visibility, surrounded by construction and rubbish. Lots of ants inside the villa, we got bitten many times. "The property is exactly as advertised. We were 5 guys from Germany and had an amazing stay. Especially the mornings and evenings were wonderful with that fantastic view. The Host Bahar and Housekeeper Mehmet were super friendly and easily reachable if we had any questions. About a 5 minute drive away is a small supermarket were we found all the stuff we needed. "Arrived and the room was not the room I had booked, once this was communicated, they quickly changed our room with no concerns, cuisine was lush and service was delivered by Duarn who was absolutely amazing, will definitely return. There is a hill that you have to walk up and down to go shopping, great excercise. "
