The room itself was decent, but its location near the dining hall meant I was frequently woken up at night by sudden, loud noises from loading and unloading operations; furthermore, the air conditioning fans were right next to our room. Comfort was very poor as my sleep was constantly interrupted—this happened every night for five nights. The food was average, and while cleanliness in the common areas was good, the carpet in the hallway had become discolored from dirt. The pool and the sea were excellent.

Vi boede på hotellet i 5 nætter. Værelset var rent, og faciliteterne var i god stand. Personalet var venligt, og vi havde generelt et godt ophold. Det eneste, der skuffede, var maden. Udvalget var meget ensformigt, og der blev serveret stort set det samme hver dag. Efter et par dage blev det kedeligt, og vi havde forventet mere variation. Vi kunne godt finde på at komme igen, hvis hotellet forbedrer maden og tilbyder et større udvalg. Samlet set et fint hotel, men maden trækker oplevelsen ned.

We had 2 nights here as a base for incoming bad weather and we weren't. Disappointed staff very friendly and helpful room clean excellent spa with very good sauna and hammam good selection of food at meal times beach club was very nice but did'nt get to sample too much of it because of weather outdoor pool looked amazing . Only thing i would say that needed improving was there was a shortage of bar staff in the evening when busy so could take a while to get served . But would like to return some day when better weather

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Urlaub und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und während des gesamten Aufenthalts war das gesamte Personal unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war hervorragend. Ein besonderes Highlight war die liebevolle Dekoration unseres Zimmers zum Geburtstag meines Mannes. Für ihn war das eine wunderschöne Überraschung und sie wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Vielen Dank dafür! Auch als wir ein kleines Anliegen hatten, wurde dieses sofort ernst genommen und schnell sowie professionell gelöst. Ein großes Lob für diesen tollen Service! Der Strand ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Fahrt mit dem Traktor zum Strand – das macht den Weg zu einem kleinen Erlebnis. Vor Ort gibt es Rettungsschwimmer, sodass man sich auch in dieser Hinsicht gut aufgehoben fühlt. Die Strandbar mit ihrem kleinen Buffet ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Es gibt täglich warme Speisen wie Burger und andere Mittagsgerichte, frische Salate, Obst, Eis sowie jederzeit ausreichend Wasser und andere Getränke. Das Personal an der Strandbar war genauso freundlich und hilfsbereit wie im restlichen Hotel. Besonders schön fanden wir auch, dass auf den Naturschutz geachtet wird. Amazing hotel.

Stunning hotel. Beautiful rooms. Very clean. Staff are lovely, especially Abdullah in the restaurant and snack bar, he's so friendly and remembers names of guests. Food is great. Always a huge amount of choice. Meat, fish, vegetarian and every night is a different theme. Lots of fun activities and shows if that's your thing.

The hotel is nice but I will not consider it a 5 star I will give it 3 1/2 star because the food is not that good and some of the rooms doesn’t have WiFi and some of the staff didn’t treat all customers equally it depend where u come from

Overall a very good stay. We stayed 3 nights. Check in was ok. The receptionist seemed suprised that we were only staying 3 nights, had a turkish bank card and spoke English. The rep at the hotel was suprised we didnt want to go on excursions. Having already been in Alanya before we have done the excursions and we were there just to relax. The rest of the stay was great. Everyone was friendly. Buffet food in the evening was good. Would come back again.

I had a wonderful experience at the Litore Resort and Spa. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. Fantastic place and well suited for our needs and luxury. Just a couple of points 1: If you book two family suites, please do not expect them adjacent. They will be on different floors or other opposite parts of hotel. 2: Do not carry Liras. Everything sold in resort, shops, taxi etc is in Euros. 3: Avoid one of the ladies in the SPA. The other two at reception were very very helpful which compensated for the rudeness. She is fixated at returning the towels by 7 pm but was no reason to yell at my daughter for late/next day return. 4: Do not miss the hospitality at the Beach and enjoy the water sports. The water sport company takes card payments which is very handy. 5: Food can be monotonous if you eat all four meal. We tended to have just two meals most times. Vegetarian option was very limited on a couple of days. 6: Barmaids and barmen were very friendly and special thanks to the person in patisserie who provided us with unlimited Turkish tea while we played cards/family games. We did tip all these people handsomely. Patisserie is a fantastic place open 24 hours in case hunger strikes in the middle of the night. 8: The hotel is 100kms i.e. 1 hour 50 ride. We booked a HOPPA transfer return for £80 from Antalya airport. Please make sure that on return you book departure an hour earlier than suggested by the company as the whole check in and security process takes hours in Antalya Will definitely go again for the hospitality.
