"The check in lady was very friendly and helpful. I even got a free drink ticket from the bar. Note that you will have to walk up a flight of stairs before there is an elevator. No elevator access from ground floor. Once I got my bags to the top I saw a male worker who saw me struggling but did not offer to help me. Room was clean. We had a nice balcony. The room needed to be dusted. Bed was comfy though and for the price and location I thought it’s an overall good deal."

"The room was large, and the balcony was great. The location is super accessible from the airport by bus and walkable to various locations and restaurants in Waikiki. We didn’t go in the pool but it looked nice. Luggage storage the day we left was easy and convenient."

"The room was advertised online as “All fees included,” but be aware that this does not include the resort fee or check-in fee, which can be misleading. While the resort and check-in fees were mentioned in the agreement, as a customer, seeing “All fees included” gives the impression that there will be no additional charges.I asked the host for clarification, and they pointed out that the resort fee and check-in fee were listed in the agreement. The check-in fee was minimal, but the resort fee increased the overall cost to the point where the rate was no longer as attractive.After my first phone call, I was unable to reach a live person again. I left a message, but no one returned my call, which was quite disappointing.Overall, it was a lesson learned. On a positive note, the room itself was nice and clean."
