Booked twin room, got one room instead Hotel not aware of our booking, got us a room cleaned and ready while we were waiting. Old hotel/room,cleanliness average, not much room facility, smells of cigarette. The man who was in reception was very nice helpful.

Fantastic views from the hotel. Staff were excellent. Few issues with the general build quality of some of the features. WiFi a bit hit and miss but on the whole for what we payed the view of the pyramids from the top floor was more than enough.
