「The staff were great and the hotel in its best condition. I highly recommend staying there especially if you are a family. The location is excellent as it’s very near to mostly all the attractions of the city. Special shout out to Mr. Ahmed from the hotel reception team.」

「Very good」

「レストランやコンシェルジュなどサービスが良く親切で助かりました。 フロントの人たちだけがなぜか要領が悪くいらだちました。 ホテル全体また部屋はとても清潔で過ごしやすいです。」

We had a hard time connecting to the wifi from our room. In the lobby the wifi connected reliably.」

「guter Service」

I do think morning staff can work on their communication. I had questions regarding my stay and I was not taken seriously and dismissed. The evening staff however was wonderful. Excellent location.」

「No elevator. No towels. No shower curtain. Noisy. Worn.」

「Even though the hotel was a bit run down, but it was clean. We truly enjoyed the stay. Convenient snorkeling session with the family and plenty of beach time. The food/ pricing has a lot of room for improvement for sure.」
