「If you come to Agadir for the resort-on-the-beach experience this is not for you. However, for any other purpose, this is a good option. The room and bath was large and well apportioned. The TV had a fairly good selection of channels, including BBC News and CNBC.CNN was on the list, but not available for viewing. The location seems to be an upscale development area, with Robinson and Sofitel establishments nearby. However, there are no restauraunts nearby for off premises eating. This is a...

「Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles」

「The staff were all very friendly, Aicha on reception was very kind and upgraded us to a quieter room away from the main road, which was appreciated a lot. The breakfast had a large variety and one of the waiters went out of his way to get my son Nutella which was fantastic customer service. Haja and Lamiae helped us arrange activities at quad biking and DaniaLand theme park. Overall a really enjoyable stay, thank you to all the staff.」

「This hotel is calm with good rooms and housekeeping but misses the mark too much. Service was usually sleepy, the place very not smoke free with lots of smoking around the pool, the technology was outdated with no usb sockets anywhere or Netflix and a pretty useless hotel app too. Just a very forgettable place to stay, hopefully I just hit a bad week but it should be really special and was not.」

「Basic but clean room, slight issue with Air-Con but staff were super responsive and fixed straight away! Staff always willing to help and would highly recommend the on site Spa for Hammam (women only) Close enough to range of restaurants which were still open even in Ramadan just operating at slightly different opening hours usually closing for an hour around 7/8 to allow staff to break fast. 」
