"Nice hotel, great staff. But our Junior Suite (room 302) was only a normal room with a view of a wooden (privacy) wall that hid all sight of the surrounding mountains. I didn't need to drive that far to see a slab of wood from a dark, dreary room. (Plus some of the lights didn't work.)"

The accommodation process was easy and simple. The food choice and option, both for dinner and breakfast were carefully catered. Ratio of charge for service was very fair and optimal. "

"Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "
