"The swimming pool was very cold, when I informed them, they told me that it has heater, which was closed, then they switch on, but unfortunatly it tooks about 6 hours to be hot, which took all the night to ve hot, so we did not enjoy the swiming pool, they should be open from the biginning"

Throughout my stay, I had the pleasure of interacting with several remarkable staff members, including Manohar Kumar, Asif Ahmed, Ganesh Nagarkar and Kavintha whose attentive service and culinary expertise made dining morning, lunch and dinner a delight. I had special requests during my visit which were a lemon and ginger shot every morning and a strawberry milkshake for my daughter Florence. After day one of my request, I never had to ask again as the mentioned members of the team would have them ready on arrival to the restaurant. Truly outstanding attention to detail with regards ensuring customer satisfaction.
