「From April 12 - 14, we booked the bubble room with temperature controlled private pool (D01) and the experience was amazing. For us, we did not run into any hiccups, especially getting there from Dubai. From the staff, the property, the food they provided us to grill, privacy, and overall nature, Moon retreat is well worth a try. Thank you Moon Retreat team. 」

「We absolutely loved this property! I could write a book about why it was so awesome. It was so peaceful and calm. It was like we were the only ones there. My kids enjoyed playing in the pool. All of the employees were phenomenal with customer service. My kids were too small to really do any of the experiences so I asked if they could just see the camels and falcons and they said sure. Jamal was amazing he drove us around and was patient with my kids even though they were scared of the animals....

「We stayed in the tent for 1 night. It was only bearable to be inside (even with aircon) after 6pm and before 7/8am! However it was lovely and clean and beautiful surroundings, with toilets etc. the service at dinner however was awful - we were sat down for 45 mins before we got our drinks or even cutlery, then we found out our order hadn’t even been placed.
