Very clean, nicely updated, and spacious home in an excellent location! Guests have access to the entire home. Linens, pillows, towels and toiletries are provided as well as washer and dryer access. If you enjoy coffee, a Keurig and K-Cups are provided.

Very clean! For anyone who's sensitive to smells or mold, this house is a great option for you. Older but updated. Excellent location. We enjoyed several evenings at the park. Comfortable beds. Appreciated the black out blinds. Would probably stay again.Notes for future guests - the largest bedrooms do not have TVs. The twin size bed in the smallest bedroom does. This place is advertised as up to 6 people, but the house only accommodates 5. There are minimal dishes, towels, etc. available, so plan on washing dishes and doing laundry often or bringing/purchasing extras. The owners communicate and they will respond to messages. This is great because there is nothing in the house that gives any information or directions, no welcome book, or anything that really explains what the expectation is. This was the first time that we've stayed at a rental that did not have any information anywhere. Again, these are not major issues, just things to note for the comfort of future guests. Overall we enjoyed our trip to Ohio!

The house was clean and I appreciated the fact that there were not a million directions for check out. Our reservation was for 6. I guess the couch is included as a bed since it sleeps 5. Some improvements...get more glasses blankets towels and have a couple .more necessities besides salt and pepper. The outside patio was pretty treacherous so some even pavement would be great for your future guests.

Spacious, clean home in a safe, convenient neighborhood

Evan was a kind, communicative host. We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Very close to downtown Akron so it was convenient.The following is a comment for all owners and for VRBO in general. We do not think it's fair for owners to request that guests strip the beds and take out the trash. Most places are fairly expensive as it is, and hotels don't ask for clean-up at check-out. We agree that we should clean the dishes we used, but paying to rent a space should include cleaning it afterward, including bedding and trash. We'd love to see owners stop requesting this as it's burdensome when you're just trying to pack up and leave.Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and we would recommend Evan's space!

Wonderful stay

This was the perfect house for our quick trip to visit family. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and were able to relax and enjoy our time there. Location was great and neighborhood seemed nice and quiet. We are planning to come back during the summer months and are excited to come back to this location. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Long Weekend Stay

Property located in older but well maintained neighborhood. It’s a short drive to several lakes with good fishing. Several trails and parks are also in the area. Family had a great time and enjoyed relaxing in a clean house. Perfect for a family of four.

Immaculate, comfortable, everything you need

We enjoyed the total eclipse at this rental. The nearby park was the perfect spot to walk over, cooking in or ordering out were also great options. Communication with the owner was thorough, timely and I knew if we ran into any issues (we didn't) that he'd be responsive. Will book again in the future!
