"Great service for our first hotel stay in Japan, staff was very patient and with our struggle with the language barrier and the room was clean and had enough space for 2 ppl and their bags. Pillows are very small and uncomfortable and sleep was tough to come by bc of it, but beyond that I can’t complain. "

"The staff are extremely professional and helpful. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the train station and about 15 minutes to Himeji Castle and Kokoen gardens. Shopping all around the train station as well. We were fortunate to get a room with a view of the castle which lights up at night."

"Amazing hotel with an beautiful view in every room. Onsen is very good and clean. Need a car to go there from Tonosho port. They have an amazing pool during summer time. "
