The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here.

Bof bof Frais supplémentaire pour le petit dej pour mon fils qui a 17 ans (non considéré comme un enfant malgré le site qui l'a bien pris en compte). Peti dej de 8 € pour très peu de choix. La télé etait détachée du mur posée à plat sur les casiers... De plus lors de la réservation il me semblait que les wc et douche étaient dans la chambre (tres peu clair). Enfin nous avons dû faire les lits !!!! Sinon le logement etait dans l'ensemble propre

Première nuit plus ou moins horrible la chambre n'avait pas était ouverte et il faisait littéralement 40 degrés à l'intérieur. Le bâtiment ne dois pas être bien isolé car on à vraiment très très chaud. Point positif l'espace dans la chambre et correct le petit lavabo et sympa et les douches sont plutôt correcte (légèrement sale). Les personnes à l'accueil sont sympathiques. Si jamais je dois encore passer 2/3 jours à Chambéry ça me dérangera pas de revenir pour le tarif.

Venue pour un séjour du 31 décembre 2024 au 1 janvier 2025, ayant payé une chambre avec douche mais n'ayant pas d'eau chaude, n'obligeant à prendre une douche froide, ce qui est un véritable désagrément. Certaines personnes du personnel au courant mais ne souhaitent pas prévenir de ce qu'il se passe. On m'a dit qu'ils avaient rallumé le chauffe-eau et que l'eau chaude arrive dans la nuit, voulant plus d'informations je décide d'y retourner et j'apprends qu'un technicien doit venir dans la nuit sans plus d'informations. Et le lendemain, toujours pas d'eau chaude. Je trouve ça plus que limite...

Chambre proche de l'autoroute mais au calme

De passage, bon rapport qualité/prix. En rdc, pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre, il manquait la climatisation. Une chambre à l'étage aurait permis de dormir la fenêtre ouverte.

De passage à Chambéry et en profiter pour visiter la ville avant d'aller à Turin , pour ça que j'avais pris une nuit. La personnel à l'accueil est très sympathique et toujours le sourire. J'avais pris une chambre avec salle d'eau et wc privative. Chambre petite mais pour une nuit cela est parfait. Il manque juste un rafraîchisseseur d'air ou un ventilateur, lorsqu'il fait chaud.

Chambre propre. WC et douche Commune très propre. Par contre la télé est à remplacer car un trait apparaît au milieu de l'écran à la verticale et la télé commande fonctionne male. Vu la chaleur qu'il faisait un ventilateur aurait été un plus à défaut de climatisation. Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre. Je ne trouve pas normal que l'on soit réveillée à 7 h du matin par des enfants qui courent dans le couloir et par des personnes qui claquent les portes de leur chambre où bien celles des WC et douche.

Bonjour Monsieur je suis très déçu le F1 a bien baissé en qualité, la chambre très étroite les toilettes une fois utilisé fonctionne avec minuterie, si une personne va au toilette la deuxième personne doit attendre une heure pour aller au toilette car la chasse d'eau ne fonctionne pas, pour le petit déjeuner le lieu est petit uniquement pour 7 personnes si plus vous déjeunez dehors, faut pas compter avoir des croissants c'est uniquement du pain de mie et quelques tranches de pain pour la confiture dans des grands pots je cherche encore la cuillère pour me servir, bref catastrophique, par contre bonne accueil, je déconseille le F1

Personne à la réception en arrivant, j'ai dû attendre plus de 20 minutes pour que la personne revienne. La porte de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas correctement, je suis restée coincée dehors plusieurs fois, obligée de demander à la réception de venir m'aider. Chambre ok, avait l'air propre. Très compliqué d'accès sans voiture et surtout très dangereux car on doit passer par la route.

Mon avis sur cet hôtel est mitigé. D'un côté, l'établissement est propre et bien entretenu, ce qui est très appréciable. Cependant, le fait qu'ils n'acceptent pas les paiements par carte bancaire pour des montants inférieurs à 1 euro est un peu contraignant. Cela peut être embêtant pour les clients qui préfèrent utiliser ce moyen de paiement. Cela dit, si ce critère ne vous dérange pas, l'hôtel reste tout de même une option à considérer pour votre séjour.
