"This room is HUGE! We stayed in five different hotels throughout our trip to Japan, and this was definitely the largest and had the most amenities in the room. The bed was comfortable, there was great lighting, there was even a hair straightener. Our check in/ check out process was smooth, and it’s one of those hotels that is more stunning in person than photos! Great location, tons of good food spots within walking distance and parking onsite was fantastic!"

"Clean, small space but had some helpful amenities including hair curling iron and desk lamp that you can borrow. They have chargers available to borrow but none were available at the time that I checked in. Lots of free toiletries for use available at the front desk, even bath fragrance additive. The shower curtains smelled like mildew a little bit and need to be replaced. Super easy access to Nagoya Station shinkansen and other local trains, plus one block, away from a Lawson convenience store. "

"I like it close to the train station, clean, neat and all necessities are available, staff are good in communication using English as we cant speak Japanese. I will come again next time if I go to Nagoya again."

"The property is Gorgeous! The staff ia A in service! I just spent a week there and cant say enough how i was treated! The staff has some of the best customer service ive ever experienced!. The restaurants were very good and the room attendants were amazing. I cant wait to go back, i will definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel. I have nothing negative to say.
