Always a pleasant stay

This was not the experience I was hoping for. I was here on travel for work and was trying to save the company a few dollars by staying in what seemed to be a quality hotel with 4+ stars. Prior to arriving the agent Monet was so very helpful and accommodating, although my request could not be fulfilled. Upon arrival, Stacy was also the same extremely kind and helpful although she could also not fulfill my request. After checking in and dropping off my bags, I headed to a team dinner. When I arrived for the evening to the hotel, my boss was very frightened for my safety and asked if I would just stay at the same hotel as the rest of the staff. I immediately went upstairs, packed up. My things called the other hotel made arrangements called an Uber and left. I did not stop at the desk and talk to anyone as I was extremely exhausted from an all day travel all day, Conference and extended team dinner. I had all day sessions and meetings the following day and after a team build, I called Expedia to share my experience and request a full. I stayed on the 16th floor and the kids that got off the elevator stayed on the 12th floor. When the elevator door opened, there was a security guard or a police officer sitting directly in front of the elevator. I then knew that I had to leave this hotel instantly.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and is in a great location. The room had a lot of room and outlets. The bathroom is a little on the small side.
