Excellent stay

Lovely home in beautiful location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very accommodating for children, with cot, high chair, Austar, single level and nearby parks and lake. We plan to come back again.

Great location

The property is located in an excellent location. Although the fridge and air conditioning did not work at +30C, if all services are indeed provided it is a good location with plenty of space.

Close to town, large comfy holiday home.

We had a fabulous time. The home was just as described shown in stayz. You will not be disappointed with the location not the views. Comfy beds, clean, well apportioned kitchen with everything you need including a Italian percolator. We would recommend this property to anyone travelling in a group. Great value

Excellent location.

Bella Vista on Nara is in an excellent location. The property suited our needs which was to accommodate 3 couples. it was wonderful to sit outside on the large veranda any time of the day or evening, the views were excellent. We did have a couple of concerns on arrival,which were dealt with promptly by the owners. Great to deal with. Awesome stay.

Lovely host , excellent views, accomadation could’ve been better.Couldn’t sit up in bed as head kept hitting shelf on bed head , no bedside tables, having to walk through bathroom from bedroom to lounge room.

Airlie Beach sojourn

We had a 10 night stay, 2 of us and a dog, in the lower section of the property. Given the overall facilities perhaps it would have been too long if the owners hadn't offered us casual use of some of the upstairs. Our section was clean, comfortable and the front, spacious patio gave us wonderful views across Airlie to the sea. We have notified the owner of our suggestions for improvement as requested. We would definitely stay again and perhaps upstairs instead which is better set up but intended for larger families.

Lovely house, just needs a good clean!

House is lovely with amazing views. The location is good and you get great value for your money with a separate apartment under the main house. It just needs good clean! We had to call the cleaner to come back and clean the BBQ as it was unusable and the gas had gone the 1st night we arrived. The white leather couch had lots of stains on it and needed a good clean. Found some litter behind the bed and in the couch. The floors we sticky and needed to be washed and one of the balcony's was the same. Its a really great house but the cleanliness let it down. I would stay there again but be prepared to clean it a bit first.

Beautiful view, perfect size for large group

We had 8 adults and 2 toddlers staying in the house. Plenty of room for the kids to play on the large verandah. Clean and beautifully furnished house with a lovely view.

Great relaxing Holiday

Over all the place was great but there were a few little issues. The BBQ was not cleaned we had to clean it before we could use it. And the stairs were a bit much my mum is a young 65 and she even struggles, my mum in-law is 76 and she only went up an down 4 times over 6 nights there. And the hand rails were a bit wabbly my mum in-law tripped up the stairs and I thought the hand rail was going to give away. And I would also say it needs a good sprues up.

Perfect Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Bellavista! The home was perfect for our family to all spend time together without being under eachother's feet. The views were stunning & the location was great. We will be back again soon!!

Relaxing Family getaway

We recently stayed at Bellavista on Nara with 4 adults and 2 kids. There was more than enough room for all of us and we were able to utilise the separate spaces for some chill out time. The view is as indicated in the photos. Beware though, this house is only accessible by a number of stairs. Our fitness definitely improved by the end of the week! The master bed was extremely soft, which is definitely better than being firm. The kids did complain about the top bunks being quite firm. Our main criticism of the property, is the maintenance that needs to be done around the house. The lighting around the outside of the house at night was inconsistent and with a number of stairs to negotiate between levels, proved tricky at times. There are also a number of cracked and broken tiles in the bathrooms, which are not unsafe, but add to the general run down of the house. Finally the balustrade at different points along the stairs needs attention. All in all this property provided a relaxing week away. It is situated close to the woolworths and just a short drive (10-15 minute walk) to the main shopping precinct and lagoon pool, which the kids absolutely loved. We did a number of tours and were lucky that all of the charters would pick up from the B&B across the road (literally at the end of the drive way).

Great spot for big family

We came for a long weekend with ten family members and had a great time. Terrific deck with excellent views. Well stocked kitchen with pots and pans galore. Communication with Mary really easy.

Breathtaking views and perfect amenities!

We had such a fabulous time during our stay here! The views are incredible and the house is very clean, new and spacious. Highly recommend for big groups. Loved being able to BBQ on the patio and spend quality time with each other while enjoying everything airlie beach has to offer!

Hi guys What can I say? Wow! The house was everything that you promised. the view are amazing. Awesome being right in the middle of things yet far enough not get caught up with the night time noise and being up on the hill was great. It was clean, fresh and extremely comfortable It was the perfect place to celebrate our birthdays with the first family holiday. Already planning our next stay. Cheers

Just spent the most amazing week at Bella vista on Nara. Mary has done a wonderful job getting things into shape after the devastation of cyclone Debbie. That being said the upstairs accommodation and facilities were great. We had everything we needed and this made our stay very easy and comfortable. I would recommend Bella Vista to anyone. You will forgive the stairs from the car port to the villa as soon as you see the view. Thank you so much for your contribution to my 60th birthday celebration. Hope we can do it again soon.
