This contemporary, architect-designed two-bedroom apartment offers a relaxing coastal retreat in Aireys Inlet, with views through the trees, across the river and valley beyond. Enjoy a sunny northerly aspect and a convenient location within easy walking distance of the inlet beach, cafés, restaurants, parks and iconic Split Point Lighthouse. The skate park and playground are directly opposite, and your furry friend is welcome too!



The space

Comfortably accommodating four guests, the apartment features polished timber floors and an inviting open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The neat, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare holiday meals, while the four-seater dining table provides a comfortable spot to gather.



Natural light fills the living area through the adjoining private, north-facing balcony. Set among the trees, the balcony offers a peaceful place to enjoy the local birdlife and glimpses of Painkalac Creek, with a two-seater outdoor setting and BBQ.



River View Retreat is the perfect location for your Great Ocean Road Adventure. At your doorstep you have fresh pastries, takeaway favourites and browsing the local book and gift shops. Explore the gentle walking tails along the creek and spot birds and kangaroos. Over the road is the beach with Eagle Rock Marine Sanctuary nearby, beneath Split Point Lighthouse, which protects the coastal reefs, rock pools and marine life. Walking up to the light house you will find sweeping coastal views, clifftop trails and pathways to beaches to explore or enjoy coffee and a bite to eat at the nearby Lighthouse Tea Rooms.

Bathroom and laundry

The combined bathroom and laundry sits between the bedrooms and includes a shower, toilet, washing machine and clothes dryer. A portable drying rack, iron, vacuum and cleaning products are also available.



Heating and cooling

A split system in the living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms help keep the apartment comfortable. We also get delightful breezes from the creek.



Parking and access

Park in any available space beneath the complex, then take the stairs to the communal landing to access the apartment.



With the beach, inlet and local dining spots close by, this pet-friendly (by request) apartment is a lovely base for relaxing by the coast or exploring Aireys Inlet.
