We loved this place,check in was quick and friendly, the room was clean,beds comfy. In some areas you can see the wear and tear and age of the building,in some areas need more attention in cleaning. Plenty of parking,parking lot has very good lighting.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Hobbs
Property was dirty. Grime in places that have not been cleaned in a very long time. Floors dirty and grimy. Room smelled a little funky, yet restroom had overpowering cleaner smell.
