Discover the 65E house, a spacious, elegant and comfortable accommodation located in front of the sea, prepared to accommodate up to 8 adults. It is an ideal option for large families, groups of friends, holidays by the Mediterranean or longer stays.

The living-dining room is bright and offers pleasant views of the sea. It is equipped with a 50-inch Smart TV and Orange TV with more than 90 channels. In addition, it has a comfortable Italian folding sofa bed of 140 × 190 cm, which adds versatility to the space and allows you to expand the accommodation capacity while maintaining a good level of comfort.

The kitchen, integrated into the living room, is fully equipped to cook at home. It has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and other small appliances. It also has a washing machine, which is especially practical for beach stays, family trips or long-term rentals.

The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 150 cm double bed, a large wardrobe, a safe and an elegant work area.

The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds of 90 × 190 cm, a three-door wardrobe and a Smart TV, creating a comfortable and functional space.

The third bedroom also has two single beds of 90 × 190 cm, a three-door wardrobe and a practical work area, ideal for studying, teleworking or carrying out small tasks during your stay.

All beds have 28 cm thick mattresses with high firmness, accompanied by Active or Cotton quality pillows, designed to offer a comfortable and restful night's sleep.

The bathroom is equipped with a modern walk-in shower, hairdryer and welcome products.

The house has central air conditioning and heating in all rooms, guaranteeing a pleasant temperature during any time of the year. It also has high-speed Wi-Fi connection and keyless access, allowing a comfortable, autonomous and safe arrival.

One of the main attractions of the accommodations are its private terrace of approximately 100 m², located in front of the sea and with direct access to the promenade. It is equipped with a table for 8 people and comfortable hammocks, creating a perfect space for breakfast outdoors, sharing meals with the family, enjoying a relaxing afternoon or contemplating the Mediterranean.
