Overall, I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel itself is modern, clean, great breakfast and the staff were courteous throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the complimentary late check-out until 2:00 PM after I reported the issue with my room. However, there were two major problems. First, the location is not as convenient or comfortable as I expected. Although it is on Rua Augusta, it is much closer to the downtown area than to Avenida Paulista. The surroundings did not feel particularly safe, especially for walking. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of properly functioning hot water. Around 10:30 AM, when I was getting ready to shower before checking out, the water was only lukewarm despite using the maximum hot setting. Given the cold weather in São Paulo, this was not acceptable. The maintenance technician visited my room twice but was unable to fix the problem. While I appreciated the hotel's gesture of offering a complimentary late check-out, it unfortunately did not solve the issue. For a luxury hotel charging premium rates, not being able to provide a proper hot shower is unacceptable. Although the staff handled the situation professionally, the overall experience did not meet the standard I expected for the price paid.

The staff helped us when we really needed it. We had an emergency and they couldn't have handled the situation any better. They are very friendly and professional! Thanks to all.
