Great Location Right Priced

We stayed at Heavens Gate for 10 days and it was all I expected and have recommended to friends. Host was available and the property was clean, secure, with fantastic views of Crash Boat Beach and sunsets over the water. I would stay again.

Beautifully decorated with an amazing view, very tranquile, A/C throughout the unit, clean and well maintained, close to excellent restuarants and the best beaches. Best 👪 and friends Vaca in years!

Robert's condo is fantastic. Super clean, great ocean view, 5 minute car ride to the great Crashboat Beach. 5th time at Puerta del Mar and this was the best condo we have had. Much attention given to the small details that mean a lot. Giy back home this morning and we are already planning to go back in a few months and we will definitely be requesting this condo again!! 🥰

Breathtaking

This condo was amazing, from the host to cleanliness to the location and the balcony view! Our Host Robert was very accommodating. The house is equipped with everything you need! And it’s very very roomy! It’s beautiful all around! We very very happy and pleased thank you Robert! Also the infinity pool is open late nights which is a plus!! And that view is also amazing and we were just a 5 min ride to Crash Boat Beach!

LOVED!!

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and we absolutely loved it! The condo was great! Super clean with everything you could possibly need. The location was great! There was plenty to do, including the amazing Crashboat Beach right around the corner. Freddy, the manager, was very responsive. We had a minor leak in the A/C and he came right away and took care of it with no further issues. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Loved the ocean view from the living room and balcony. The apartment is easily accessible from the parking lot. All ammenities were as described, clean and well-maintained, even two small coolers to use when sight-seeing. We were greeted at the gate by security, Robert texted, and even the property manager stopped by These condos are located at the end of an established subdivision with a park and basketball court nearby. We traveled to Gosalandia Falls one day and the biobay near Parguera another. MANY excellent restaurants between beautiful beaches.

Paradise!!!!

I really didn't want to share because I didn't want people to know about our amazing secret! We had the privilege to stay in this place for 5 weeks. The pictures don't do it the justice it deserves! After having the worst year, pandemic and more it was exactly what I needed. The place was stunning, the staff, owner, and community was amazing. I felt like I was at my own home. I would do it again every year! Best vacation ever! Thank you Robert! It was Great!

Great Vacation!

Stayed at this amazing property for the entire month and loved every minute of it.We began each day drinking delicious Puerto Rican coffee on the spacious balcony with a million dollar view. We then tore ourselves away to explore the many beautiful beaches within easy driving distance. Our evenings were spent sampling the many very good and reasonably priced restaurants in the area. Our favorites were Marullos in Aguada and Levain Bakery by the airport. Sunsets with wine from the balcony were breathtaking. The condo was very roomy and well- maintained. Robert was always available but never intrusive. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Wait a minute! Why did we leave?

Christmas in paradise

Robert’s apartment was very comfortable and fully stocked with essentials for a great vacation. Though the apartment is well equipped with AC, there’s a nice tropical breeze that flows through the apartment when you open the front door and rear windows. The ocean views from the patio with Desecheo island at a distance were amazing. We enjoyed having our coffee on the patio with the mockingjay’s serenading our mornings. One of the most beautiful beaches in the island (Crash Boat) is just 5 minutes away by car. Lots of very good restaurants are just minutes away and the supermarket is also 5 minutes away. We recommend Robert’s apartment at Puerta Del Mar for all the things mentioned and also for the security it offers with the gated community and the amazing sunsets by the infinity pool.

Heaven’s Gate

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was even nicer than the pictures portrayed. The only thing that would have been helpful would’ve been if there were a paper with necessary information on it left for us. We had to contact Freddy, the property manager, (who was very nice) multiple times asking for the WiFi password, where does the garbage go etc. Other than that it was a beautiful vacation.

Review of Heavens Gate on Earth

Great location above Crashboat Beach. Very well maintained condo complex. Loved the pool and outdoor barbecue. The uinit itself is a little dated, but otherwise fine.

Description needs to be updated

No shampoo or body wash. No dishwasher. Accommodations were ok. Grounds were lovely as was pool. Location close to Crash Boat beach and restaurants but not close enough to walk. WiFi not efficient. Owner not as responsive although maintenance on call (Fredi) was great. New fridge delivered while we were there but a cheaper no frills model (no ice maker or cold water unit. And washer/dryer sounded like a jet taking off.

The rental property was great ! Mr Reina was super easy to get in touch with , we arrived at 3 am and we’re able to access property easily . The property was clean & comfortable inside and out . Great stay

The condo is just as pictured and check in was a breeze. Robert was a great host and his property managers Freddie and Ersma were outstanding. The view from the balcony is enjoyable for coffee in the morning and the sunset in the evening. When we got there the master bedroom actually had a king bed in it which was a bonus for us and was very comfortable. We will be returning next year!!
