"The home was quaint and had beautiful views of the lake. We should have reviewed the listing more thoroughly, however. We thought the home had two easily accessible bathrooms, but the one bathroom and bedroom was in a completely separate dwelling that could only be accessed by going outside. That was disappointing. In addition, the washer and dryer are located in a very musty basement/“garage,” which like the separate dwelling, could only be accessed by going outdoors. We chose not to use the washer or dryer because of the smell inside the machines. One other note - a few pieces of furniture inside the common spaces of the home (dining room and living room) were stained. Overall, despite these notes, our stay was lovely and comfortable."
